How long does a migration take?

A typical mid-size estate runs 12 to 14 weeks from assessment to an optimised steady state. Larger or more regulated environments take longer. We give you a wave plan with dates after the assessment, not before it.

Will moving to Azure actually save us money?

Sometimes, and sometimes not immediately. A straight lift-and-shift often costs more at first. Savings come from right-sizing, reserved capacity and modernisation. We model the real numbers during discovery so you decide with facts rather than a vendor promise.

Can you migrate without downtime?

For most workloads, yes, using replication and staged cutover. Some legacy systems need a short planned window. We tell you which is which during assessment, so nothing is a surprise on the night.

What happens to our existing team?

They usually stay and get stronger. We work alongside internal teams, document everything and transfer knowledge deliberately. Several clients now run their own Azure estate with us on call rather than in charge.

Do you handle compliance requirements?

Yes. We have delivered under ISO, SOC, HIPAA and GDPR obligations, covering identity design, network segmentation, policy enforcement and the evidence auditors actually ask for.

Can you take over an Azure environment someone else built?
